Product Information:

As one of the key equipment in the fertilizer industry, the rotary drum granulator is applicable for cooling, heating, spraying, ammoniated granulation, and large-scale fertilizer production of high, medium, and low concentration compounds.

The drum body adopts a special stainless steel and rubber plate lining structure. It automatically removes scars and peels burls, offering advantages including high granule strength, high production rate, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, low energy consumption, long service life, and convenient operation and maintenance.

Note: Production rate, granulation rate, and granule diameter may be affected by different formulations, processes, and raw materials.

Working Principle

The main operation method is wet granulation: Through a specific amount of water or steam, the base fertilizer is fully chemically reacted after being moistened in the cylinder body. Then, under certain liquid conditions, the rotating motion of the cylinder causes material particles to be squeezed together into spherical balls.
