Introduction of NPK Fertilizer Production Line

NPK Compound fertilizer production line is widely applied to produce compound fertilizer and the capacity ranges from 5000-200,000 tons/year. It can granulate NPK, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP, CAN, SSP and other materials into compound fertilizer particles in one processing line. This equipment is specially used for manufacturing compound fertilizers with different concentrations and types, such as organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, biological fertilizers and magnetic fertilizers, etc. It is mainly used for producing oval particles with a diameter ranging from 2mm to 6mm.

Description of NPK Fertilizer Production Line

Our compound fertilizer making machine is mainly composed of the base support, granulating roller and crushing room and motor transmission parts; Working under the two shafts, the materials enters into the hopper, granulated into ball particles by the strong press of rollers and flow down the crushing room to be separated into single particles by the required sieve; the powder size will be returned to the hopper to re-granulate again; the whole process adopts dry granulation production, especially used to produce the powder materials with moisture less than 20%;

The final particle size is up to the diameter of the zone on the rollers, it is customized, can be made into oval shape, bar shape, charcoal shape, tablet shape, cylinder shape, etc;
