Introduction of NPK Fertilizer Production Line
NPK Compound fertilizer production line is widely applied to produce compound fertilizer and the capacity ranges from 5000-200,000 tons/year. It can granulate NPK, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP, CAN, SSP and other materials into compound fertilizer particles in one processing line.
According to the many years of production experience, the DZJ series roll press granulator is a new type of equipment developed on the basis of the original double roll extrusion granulation.
Working Process Of NPK Compound Fertilizer Making Production Line
It adopts the design solution of extrusion sliding model,the raw materials pass through double roller,after that,enter into scattering room, come out as granulation, a sieving was mounted at the bottom of the machine, which is customized according to client’s requirement, last, sieve out the granules which is qualified, the rest of materials return to mixer and be re-granulated.
Raw Material For NPK Compound Fertilizer Making Production Line
1) Agricultural waste: straw, dregs of beans, cotton dregs, rice bran,etc.
2) Animal manure: mixture of poultry litter (PL) and animal waste(AW),such as, Slaughterhouse Waste, F ish Market, Urine and dung of cattle, Pigs, Sheep,C hicken, Ducks, Geese, Goat.etc.
