SHQ disc compound fertilizer granulator is divided into unpowered scraper disc granulator and powered scraper disc granulator. Both types feature simple structure, convenient operation, easy moisture control, and high pellet hardness. The granulator adopts a massive structure with disc bottom reinforced by multiple radiation steel plates. The motor and reducer utilize flexible belt driving, ensuring smooth start, low impact, and extended lifespan.

Uniform particle cores are formed from raw material powder and fed into the disc. Through centrifugal force, friction force, and gravity, the cores follow a parabolic trajectory. During rolling, moisture evaporates from the core surface, and due to material cohesiveness and plasticity, the cores grow larger by accumulating raw powder. The natural volatilization of surface liquid film creates pellets with excellent intensity. When disc inclination, edge height, rotation speed, and moisture are fixed, pellets of different diameters roll down from the disc edge at varying angles due to different gravitational forces, then discharge from the disc edge through the rotating inclined disc body.

The compound fertilizer granulator is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives intact. It is first wrapped in protective plastic to prevent scratches or damage, then placed in a sturdy cardboard box and securely sealed. The package is clearly labeled with product information for easy identification.
