Working principle of organic fertilizer granulation machine

Use the high speed of rotation of mechanical blending force and the occurred air power, realize the process of the fine powder continuous being blended, granulated, balled, densified,thereby achieving the purpose of granulation. The shape of granule is spherical, and the size of the granule can be adjusted according to the mixing amount of materials and the main shaft speed, the lower the mixing amount, the higher the speed of rotation, the smaller the granule,and vice versa.

Working flow:Raw materials fermentation( compost turning machine). input ( If blocked, use chain crusher to deal with ) ---- granulation -- drying--cooling--screening (select the right sieving hole diameter)----finished granules---- the next process (optional equipment: 1, screening machine: the size of the granules will be more accurate.2,drying machine (to dry the  finished fertilizer)3, cooling machine(fast  cooling of finished fertilizers) 4, coating machine: make the appearance of the granules more good. 5, weighing and package: facilitate the sale and transportation of products.
