Working Process of NPK Compound Fertilizer Production Line

The NPK compound fertilizer production line typically includes 7 processes: batching, grinding, mixing, granulating, screening, coating and packaging. Batching, mixing, granulating and screening processes are essential, while others are optional based on production capacity requirements.

The system employs extrusion sliding model design where raw materials pass through double rollers, enter the scattering room, and emerge as granules. A customized sieving mechanism at the machine bottom screens qualified granules, while remaining materials return to the mixer for re-granulation.
