The compound fertilizer production line process includes: raw material ingredients, raw material mixing, raw material granulation, particle drying, granular cooling, particle grading, finished packaging film and final product packaging.
Compound fertilizer contains two or all three of the essential plant nutrients—Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium—along with microelements such as B, Mn, Cu, Zn, and Mo. Raw materials can be in powder or bulk form:

The NPK compound fertilizer production line typically includes 7 processes: batching, grinding, mixing, granulating, screening, coating and packaging. Batching, mixing, granulating and screening processes are essential, while others are optional based on production capacity requirements.
The system employs extrusion sliding model design where raw materials pass through double rollers, enter the scattering room, and emerge as granules. A customized sieving mechanism at the machine bottom screens qualified granules, while remaining materials return to the mixer for re-granulation.
Energy-saving operation with no waste removal, stable and reliable performance, and convenient maintenance. The system accommodates wide raw material adaptability, suitable for granulation of compound fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, feed, and more. High granulation rate enables production of various compound fertilizers including organic, inorganic, biological, magnetic fertilizers with different concentrations and types.
