The Working Principle of Fertilizer Production Line
Mixing the dry powder material (western medicine or the extracted Chinese medicine)which contains crystalline water,and pour into a hopper, through the rotating extrusion of conical screw in the hopper ,the material is sent to the middle of the two rollers. due to the pre-pressure made by rotating extrusion,material will be compressed and degassed and evenly distributed on the surface of two rollers. after that the material will be extruded into thin pieces, then it will be put into granulating machine and preliminarily chopped by the breakage knife,and then granulation by granulator.
