Working principle:
The principle of the grain dryer is to use the reverse Carnot principle. The gas is pressurized by the compressor to become a high-temperature and high-pressure gas (temperature up to 100°C), and enters the heat exchanger (condenser) on the indoor side. The refrigerant condenses and liquefies to release high-temperature heat. Heats and dries indoor air. The materials in the drying room evaporate and evaporate the moisture in the materials through hot air, and the evaporated water vapor is discharged by the dehumidification system to achieve the purpose of drying the materials. The compressor is controlled by an electric 8000B frequency converter. First, the motor realizes soft start and stop, soft acceleration and deceleration, which greatly reduces the impact on the power grid; secondly, the air valve in the compressor cylinder does not open and close repeatedly, which prolongs the life of the equipment. The number reduces the maintenance time of the system; again, the air pressure of the system pipe network is stable, which improves the efficiency of pneumatic equipment. The heat pump dryer only needs to consume the electric energy used by the compressor to work, and can obtain more energy from the air, which is more energy-efficient than other drying methods.
