Compound Fertilizer Granulator Introduction

Rotary drum compound fertilizer granulator is a molding machine that can manufacture materials into specific shapes. The barrel is made of special rubber sheet lining or acid-resistant stainless steel lining, eliminating the traditional scraper unit.

The rotary drum granulator can be filled with steam, gaseous ammonia, phosphoric acid, nitrogen solution, phosphorus ammonia slurry, or heavy calcium slurry. It completes chemical compounding and heating compound fertilizer granulation processes in the cylinder, or the cold granulation process of compound fertilizer supplemented with a small amount of water. Materials granulate through the rotating motion of the cylinder and condense into balls under specific humidity and temperature conditions to complete the ball making process.

Working Principle of Rotary Drum Compound Fertilizer Granulator

The main working mode is wet granulation. After adding a certain amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer undergoes a complete chemical reaction in the cylinder. Under specific liquid conditions, through the rotary motion of the cylinder, a squeezing force is generated between material particles to agglomerate into balls.
