The organic fertilizer granulator is a patented product research and developed by our company and the Agricultural Machinery Research Institute. Organic fertilizer granulator is designed and manufactured by using new technology of wet continuous push rod granulation.
Organic fertilizer granulator machine can not only granulate a variety of organic matter, but also is especially able to granulate the coarse fiber material that difficult to be granulated by conventional equipment, such as crop straw, wine dregs, mushroom residue, drug residue, animal manure and so on.
All these materials can be granulated after fermentation. In addition, it also has a good granulation effect on the humic acid and municipal sludge and other similar raw materials.

Working Principle

New type organic fertilizer granulator makes use of high speed rotary mechanical agitation force and the resulting aerodynamic force to make fine powder materials continuously achieve the process of mixing, granulating, balling and densification in the machine, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation. This granulation method has high granulating rate, the granule is more beautiful, and the energy is saved.

Features

New organic fertilizer granulator is horizontal type with sealing cylinder, its inner structure is a lot of twisting teeth on the high speak strong shaft, which can drip the powder fertilizer into different direction to the cylinder continuously and rotating into small fine round granules

Organic fertilizer granulator is wet continuous push rod granulation. It is used for granulation for kinds of powder meal matter, like mineral powder, for example, bentonite, clay, bauxite, coal powder, and other powder like sludge, fly ash, burning ash, etc.

Organic fertilizer granulator can be used for organic fertilizer granulation. Especially for the middle and large scale productivity, the small capacity begins 8t/h, normally it can reach 15-20t/h on site.

Small round beautiful granules or particles, diameter 0.3-5mm, the size of granules can be adjustable, similar with the drum granulation and wet granulation.

Easy operation and long service life, just daily lubrication maintenance. Zero residues in the drum and clean working compared to the drum granulation machine.

Input moisture is controlled within 20%-40%, output moisture is keep like so, can be equipped with the drying machine for further process or just let it be in hot area.
