NPK Compound fertilizer production line is widely applied to produce compound fertilizer with capacity ranging from 5,000-200,000 tons/year. This comprehensive processing line can granulate various materials including NPK, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP, CAN, SSP and others into high-quality compound fertilizer particles.

Based on extensive production experience, the DZJ series roll press granulator represents advanced equipment developed from the original double roll extrusion granulation technology.

The system employs an extrusion shear mode design, featuring two-roll feed mechanism that directs material to the distribution chamber for granulation. Sieving machines are installed at the bottom and customized according to customer requirements. Qualified granules are sieved while remaining materials are returned to the mixer for reprocessing.

Compound fertilizer contains two or all three essential plant nutrients—Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium—along with microelements such as Boron, Manganese, Copper, Zinc, and Molybdenum. Raw materials can be supplied in powder or bulk form.

The production line typically includes 7 processes: batching, grinding, mixing, granulating, screening, coating, and packaging. Batching, mixing, granulating, and screening are essential processes, while others are optional based on production capacity requirements.
