Extrusion Fertilizer Granulator Machine, Double Roller Granulator
Introduction of Double Roller Press Granulator
Working principle: Adopts the design solution of extrusion sliding model. The raw materials pass through double rollers, then enter into the scattering room and come out as granulation. A sieving mechanism is mounted at the bottom of the machine, customized according to client's requirements. Finally, qualified granules are sieved out while remaining materials return to the mixer for re-granulation.

Product Introduction
The electric motor drives the pulley, and the transmission belt is transmitted through the speed reducer to a pair of two high-pressure roller bodies with a sliding mold shell to perform relative work.
The SDZ-I extruder has two rollers interacting with each other by the work of a pair of split gears.
The two rollers of the SDZ-II extruder are driven directly by two output shafts on a dedicated reducer to achieve the purpose of extrusion.
During production, raw materials enter the hopper and are pressed and formed by the high-pressure roller body. After the mold is released, it flows to the crushing and forming part in the lower part of the roller body.
The power of crushing and forming is the relative movement of a pair of crusher rollers driven by the sprocket of the active press roller shaft via a chain drive.
After crushing and screening in the working chamber, the finished particles pass through the screen to the discharge then come out of the machine.
Working Flow
The roller is first forged and processed from special materials into roughcast, then machined by numerical lathe and milling machine to become finished product. The roller features rust resistance, acid and alkali resistance, long service life, and resistance to cracking.
Input (if blocked, use chain crusher to deal with) → Granulation → Screening (select the right sieving hole diameter) → Finished granules → Next process (optional equipment: 1. Screening machine: for more accurate granule size; 2. Coating machine: improves granule appearance; 3. Weighing and package: facilitates product sale and transportation)
