The Introduction Of Double Roller Press Granulator
Working principle: adopts the design solution of extrusion sliding model,the raw materials pass through double roller,after that,enter into scattering room, come out as granulation, a sieving was mounted at the bottom of the machine, which is customized according to client’s requirement, last, sieve out the granules which is qualified, the rest of materials return to mixer and be re-granulated.
1.Double shaft power output, each shaft through coupling to drive its roller to do synchronous work in opposite direction, granule forming is better and the strength is higher.
2.The design of contraposition adjustment of ball socket is simple and convenient for the client to adjust by themselves. Provide the drawing of roller adjustment and operation steps
3. All machines before leave the factory, had carried out the test and trial production by professional workers.

The electric motor drives the pulley, and the transmission belt is transmitted through the speed reducer to a pair of two high-pressure roller bodies with a sliding mold shell to perform relative work.
The DZJ-I extruder has two rollers interacting with each other by the work of a pair of split gears.
The two rollers of the DZJ-II extruder are driven directly by two output shafts on a dedicated reducer to achieve the purpose of extrusion.
During the production, raw materials enter the hopper and are pressed and formed by the high-pressure roller body. After the mold is released, it flows to the crushing and forming part in the lower part of the roller body.
The power of crushing and forming is the relative movement of a pair of crusher rollers driven by the sprocket of the active press roller shaft via a chain drive.
After crushing and screening in the working chamber, the finished particles pass through the screen to the discharge then come out of the machine.
The roller was first forged and processed from special materials into roughcast, and then machined by numerical lathe and milling machine to be finished product. The roller with the features of rusty resistance, acid and alkali resistance, long service life, not easy to crack .
