Working principle:
The dual-mold granulator adopts spiral, two-way roller pressing, and dual-mold granulation technology to enable the organic materials to obtain continuous and strong roller pressing and shearing in the granulation area, and promote the physical granulation pressure between the powder and granular materials to be significantly strengthened. The granulation efficiency is 1-3 times higher than that of the conventional extrusion granulator, and the power consumption is reduced by more than 60%.
The double mold granulator is mainly used for (biological) organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer and pellet processing in the aquaculture processing industry.
