This fertilizer granulator represents a significant advancement over traditional roller extrusion equipment, featuring improved technology, rational design, and compact structure. Utilizing a healthy formulation process that requires no drying, the machine operates at normal temperatures with product rolling formation. This roller granulation series operates on an extrusion sliding model principle. The system is driven by an electric motor through belts and pulleys, transmitted to the drive shaft via reducer, and synchronized through open gears with the passive shaft for uniform operation.
Material is fed from the hopper, extruded through rollers, demolded and pelleted, then conveyed via chain pairs to the crushing screen studio. Finished product pellets are screened and separated, while returned material mixes with new feed for continuous granulation. With continuous motor rotation and material input, mass production is efficiently achieved.
