Product Description

New design organic potassium salt fertilizer granulator production line

It can granulate NPK fertilizer, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP, CAN, SSP and other materials into compound fertilizer particles in one processing line. This equipment can specially used for manufacturing compound fertilizers with different concentrations and types, such as organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, biological fertilizers, and magnetic fertilizers, etc. It is mainly used for producing spherical particles with a diameter ranging from 1mm to 3mm.

Technological process

The process flow of compound fertilizer production line is raw material batching → mixing → crushing and caking → granulation → primary screening → particle drying → particle cooling → secondary screening → finished particle coating → quantitative packaging of finished products.

1. Ingredients of raw materials

urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate,
heavy calcium, common calcium), potassium chloride (potassium sulfate) and other raw materials can be selected in a certain
proportion (mainly determined according to local market demand and local soil test results);

2. Mixing and stirring

mix the prepared raw materials evenly to improve the overall uniform fertilizer efficiency content of fertilizer particles, and
use horizontal mixer or disc mixer for mixing and mixing;

3. Caking and crushing

Smash large agglomerates of raw materials mixed and stirred evenly to facilitate subsequent granulation processing, mainly using chain crusher;

4. Material granulation

the evenly stirred and crushed materials are sent to the granulator through the belt conveyor for granulation (rotary drum granulator, counter roll extrusion granulator, disc granulator, etc.) this step is an essential and important link in the process flow of the compound fertilizer production line;

5. Primary screening

preliminary screening of particle semi-finished products. Unqualified particles are returned to the mixing and mixing link for reprocessing. Generally, drum screening machine is used;

6. Particle drying

the particles made by the granulator and screened at the first stage are sent to the dryer to dry the moisture contained in the particles, increase the particle strength and facilitate storage. Generally, the rotary dryer is used;

7. Particle cooling

the temperature of dried fertilizer particles is too high and easy to agglomerate. After cooling, it is convenient for bagging, storage and transportation. It is cooled by a cooler;

8. Secondary particle classification

the cooled particles are classified, the unqualified particles are crushed and re granulated, and the qualified products can be screened by a secondary drum screening machine;

9. Finished product particle coating

coating qualified products to increase the brightness and roundness of particles and make their appearance more beautiful. Generally, the coating machine is used for coating;

10. Quantitative packaging of finished product particles

the coated particles, that is, the finished product particles, are sent to the silo through the belt conveyor for temporary storage, and then connected to the electronic quantitative packaging scale, sewing machine and other automatic quantitative packaging bags, which are placed in a ventilated place for storage, so as to realize full automation
