The production line of cow dung organic fertilizer is a complete set of equipment which uses cow dung as raw material to process organic fertilizer.Cow manure can fluff soil, improve soil compaction and enhance soil fertility.Crops such as straw, rice bran (containing nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) can also be used as fillers, and then used as fermentation materials with biological agents.
The main raw material of cow manure bio-organic fertilizer is cow dung.
Cow dung can be made into high quality organic fertilizer products after fermentation.Cow dung contains 14.5% organic matter, 0.30 ~ 0.45% nitrogen, 0.15 ~ 0.25% phosphorus and 0.10 ~ 0.15% potassium.Cow dung organic manure is a cold fertilizer, the content of organic matter and nutrient is lower in all kinds of livestock, fine texture, slow decomposition, low heat, is a slow effect fertilizer, suitable for base fertilizer.
Flow Process introduction
