The SDZ series roller press granulator is an extrusion-based fertilizer granulating equipment designed for producing NPK compound fertilizer of various concentrations. This versatile machine is widely applied in fertilizer processing, feed production, and chemical industries for granulation and processing of powder materials.
The granulator accommodates a wide range of raw materials including ammonium carbonate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate, ammonium phosphate, magnesium silicate, zinc sulfate, and phosphorus pentoxide. The finished granules produced are of excellent quality, with low moisture content when prepared from dry powder.
An electric motor drives the belt, which transmits power to a pair of high-pressure rollers through the reducer. The double rollers interact through relative work - SDZ-I models use open gear interaction, while SDZ-II models are directly driven by discharge axes on a special reducer for extrusion molding.
Raw material enters the hopper and is extruded and molded through the high-pressure roller body. The material then flows to the break molding workshop below the roller body. The crushing motion is driven by chain transmission from the active roller shaft to breaking rollers, which sieve the material in the workroom. Finished particles exit the machine through the screener to the discharge slot.
