Product Overview
Chicken manure is a high-quality organic fertilizer containing approximately 1.63% pure nitrogen, 1.54% phosphorus (P₂O₅), and 0.085% potassium (K₂O). Before application, chicken manure must be decomposed using a decomposing agent to inactivate parasites, eggs, and infectious bacteria while effectively deodorizing the material.

Working Principle
Standard Production Process
Raw material selection (chicken manure, etc.) → Dry sterilization → Batch mixing → Granulation → Cooling screening → Metering sealing → Finished product storage

Detailed Production Process
Organic fertilizer raw materials (animal manure, domestic garbage, dead branches, biogas residue, waste bacteria, etc.) undergo fermentation and are then pulverized using a semi-wet material pulverizer. Essential elements such as NPK (nitrogen, phosphorus pentoxide, potassium chloride, ammonium chloride) are added to meet required mineral element standards. The mixture is then stirred using a mixer, enters the granulation mechanism for particle formation, is dried, and screened through a sieve machine. Qualified products are packaged while unqualified materials return to the granulator for reprocessing.
Raw Material Fineness Requirements
The proper combination of raw material fineness is crucial for optimal organic fertilizer production. Based on Tongda Heavy Industry experience, the ideal fineness distribution should be:
  • 100-60 mesh raw materials: 30%-40%
  • 60 mesh to 1.00mm diameter raw materials: approximately 35%
  • 1.00-2.00mm diameter raw materials: 25%-30%
Higher material fineness improves viscosity and results in better surface finish of granulated particles. However, excessive use of high-fineness materials can lead to problems such as oversized particles and irregular particle shapes due to excessive adhesion.
