Drum Granulator

The pelleting rate of drum granulator is 70%, with average pelleting strength >10N. The product nutrition is uniform with strong adaptability. The machine can introduce steam and also add phosphoric acid or ammonia solution, slurry, etc., completing the compound fertilizer production process of chemical reaction in the barrel body. It can also be used to supplement moisture and humidify the compound fertilizer production process.

Working Principle

Drum granulator is driven by the main motor through belt and pulley, then through reducer to the drive shaft. The open gear mounted on the drive shaft engages with the big gear ring fixed on the body. Material is added from the feed end through the inside of the cylinder. Through the effect of the special structure inside the cylinder, it is made into particles and then discharged through the discharge port. Due to continuous material entry and continuous rotation of granulator, mass production can be achieved.

Rotary Drum Granulator

As one of the key equipment in fertilizer industry, rotary drum granulator is applicable to cooling, heating, guniting, ammoniated granulation and large scale fertilizer production of high, medium and low content compounds.

The drum body adopts special stainless steel and rubber plate lining structure. It can remove scars and peel burls automatically. It features high granule strength, high production rate, corrosion proof, abrasion proof, low energy consumption, long service life, convenient operation and maintenance.

Note: Production rate, granulation rate and diameter of granule will be affected by different formulation, process and raw materials.
