The roller extrusion granulator operates through motor-driven pulley and transmission belt systems, passing through reducers to activate high-pressure roller bodies in relative motion.

SDZ type extruders feature gear-driven interaction between two rollers, directly driven by dedicated reducers on output shafts for effective extrusion. Raw materials enter through feed hoppers and undergo high-pressure relative extrusion before forming in the lower roll chamber.

The driving force for crushing and forming is transmitted via active roller shaft sprockets through chain drive to crushing shafts. After processing in the working chamber, finished particles pass through sieves to chutes for final output.
