Production Process Workflow
The NPK fertilizer production process utilizes advanced and reliable technology. Based on raw material compatibility and crushability, various N-P-K compound fertilizers with different percentage compositions can be manufactured to meet specific soil and crop requirements.
Step 1: Raw materials are precisely measured and loaded into the mixer according to technical specifications, then conveyed to the crushing machine.
Step 2: The crusher machine processes lump materials into fine particles suitable for granulation, then materials are conveyed to the rotary drum granulator.
Step 3: During granulation, a water pump provides necessary moisture while the rotating cylinder action forms fertilizer particles through repeated lifting and rolling. Adhesives are added in proper proportions to facilitate granulation.
Step 4: Formed particles proceed to drying and cooling machines with draught fans supplying hot and cold air respectively, followed by screening and coating processes.
Step 5: Qualified materials are elevated to packaging, while non-conforming particles are returned to the crusher or granulator for reprocessing.

High Nitrogen Compound Fertilizer Production
For producing high nitrogen compound fertilizer, a specialized spraying system is essential during the granulation process. The melting tank liquefies urea, which is then sprayed into the granulating machine where it combines with phosphate fertilizer powder, potash fertilizer, and other nitrogen sources.
With the granulator's mechanical action, the liquid and raw materials thoroughly mix and form granules. This advanced production technology enables manufacturing of compound or complex fertilizers with high nitrogen content ranging from 25% to 45%.
