Introduction of Rotary Drum Granulator
The granulator developed by our company is carefully developed and repeatedly tested. The machine produces bacteria at room temperature, has a reasonable structural design, and can produce spherical granule products. The produced granules have the characteristics of low water content, easy drying, high forming rate, good granule strength, beautiful appearance, etc. It is an ideal granulation equipment for bio-organic fertilizer, organic-inorganic fertilizer, and organic-inorganic compound fertilizer.
Application scope of the new drum granulator
Organic wastes such as peat, sludge, chicken manure, livestock and poultry manure, lignite, sugar factory filter mud, papermaking sludge, brewing residue, straw, bean dregs, peat, etc. can be directly granulated after fermentation, which completely solves the key technical problem that traditional granulation processes such as disc fermentation cannot granulate the raw materials of biological organic fertilizer.
Working principle of the new drum granulator
The cylindrical centrifugal granulator adopts a unique process, using a winch to stir and feed the material. Through the spiral rotating mechanism and the centrifugal force, the powdered material undergoes a series of processes such as balling, polishing, compaction, and drying to achieve the purpose of bonding the material into spherical particles. The particle shape is generally between 0.3-0.5mm, the moisture content is about 30%, and the granulation rate can reach more than 95%. It is used for granulating various organic materials after fermentation: chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, humic acid and other organic powdered materials.
Advantages of the new drum granulator
1. New granulation process, integrating rotation, spheroidization, polishing, densification, heating, drying and other functions.
2. The spiral rotating mechanism is made of high-strength alloy material, which is strong and durable, extending the life of the equipment (basically no wearing parts).
3. Granulation can be carried out when the moisture content of the material is between 30% and 40%, and the moisture content of the material is about 30%, which reduces the requirement of 70% moisture content in traditional drying and effectively reduces the production cost of organic fertilizer.
4. During the granulation process, the cylinder generates a temperature of 50~65 degrees, which reduces the moisture content of the output material by 5~8 points, thereby reducing the drying cost requirements.
5. The particles are uniform, smooth, round and solid, and the particle formation rate is over 95%.
6. The size of the discharged particles can be adjusted by adjusting the moisture content of the feed material to meet the requirements of different particle sizes.
7. The feed fineness can be controlled at about 20 meshes for granulation, which improves the requirement of at least 80 meshes in the traditional granulation process.
