The disc compound fertilizer granulator employs a massive structure with disc bottom reinforced by multiple radiation steel plates. The motor and reducer utilize flexible belt driving, ensuring smooth startup, low impact, and extended service life.

Raw material powder forms uniform particle cores that are fed into the disc. Through centrifugal force, friction, and gravity, these cores follow a parabolic trajectory within the disc. During rolling, moisture evaporates from the core surface, and due to material cohesiveness and plasticity, the cores gradually enlarge by accumulating additional raw powder.

The natural volatilization of surface liquid film combined with material cohesiveness produces pellets with excellent intensity. When disc inclination, edge height, rotation speed, and moisture are properly set, pellets of varying diameters roll down from the disc edge at different angles due to gravity differences, ultimately discharging from the rotating inclined disc body.
