The mixed powder is fed into the double roller granulator. Two counter-rotating rollers compress the material under high pressure (15-25 tons) into dense strips. The strips are then crushed and screened. Qualified granules (2-6 mm) are separated, while fines are returned to the mixer for re-granulation.
