Shenghong Heavy Industry provided a complete turnkey NPK fertilizer production line based on dry double roller extrusion granulation technology - a process that forms granules at normal temperature with no drying process, significantly reducing energy consumption and operating cost. The project line was configured at 6-8 t/h, and thanks to the modular design (each roller extrusion granulator unit delivers 1-4 t/h and multiple units can be combined), the plant can be expanded to 10-12 t/h or more as the market grows. In total, Shenghong lines support annual outputs from 5,000 to 200,000 tons.
