5t/h compound fertilizer production line shipped to Vietnam
Today, a compound fertilizer production line with an output of 5t/h was shipped to Vietnam, with a total of 7 containers. Today is the first day of loading. In order to not exceed the customer's shipping schedule, the factory worked overtime to ship the goods. After three days, all the shipments were completed.
1,Introduction of Compound fertilizer production line:
Compound fertilizer production line is widely used in compound fertilizers to produce spherical particles with a diameter of 1mm to 3mm. NPK, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP, CAN, SSP and other materials can be granulated into compound fertilizer particles in a processing line.The production line usually includes 9 processes, batching, grinding, mixing, granulating, drying, cooling, screening, coating and packaging. Batching, mixing, granulating, drying, and screening processes are necessary. Other processes are optional based on different capacity.
2,Compound Fertilizer Production Line Process Flow:
1. Batching Machine
Urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium oxide, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate (beryllium phosphate, monocalcium phosphate, heavy calcium phosphate, ordinary calcium phosphate), potassium chloride (potassium sulfate), and other raw materials are mixed in a specific ratio.
2. Mixer
Uniformly mixes the mixed raw materials to improve the uniformity of the fertilizer content in the fertilizer granules.
3. Granulator
The uniformly mixed raw materials are fed into a conveyor granulator for granulation.
4. Dryer
The granules produced by the granulator are fed into a dryer to remove moisture from the granules, increase their strength, and facilitate storage.
5. Cooler
The dried fertilizer granules are too hot and tend to clump. After cooling, they are easier to bag, store, and transport.
6. Screening Machine
The cooled granules are graded. Unqualified granules are crushed and re-granulated, while qualified products are screened.
7. Film Coating Machine
Qualified products are coated to enhance the granules' brightness and roundness.
8. Packaging Machine
The film-wrapped granules are bagged as finished products and stored in a well-ventilated
