Marking the base line: Make cross line, elevation line on the base target board correctly, and embed the center target board to be easy to use and accurate, and consider that the machine base will not be covered after installation.

Install the base and the tug: level the position of the horn, draw out the base and the center line of the tug, find the installation position of the base and the tug according to the requirements of the drawing, level and straighten it, first grouting the foundation hole, and when the concrete reaches a certain strength, Tighten the anchor bolts, and then install the sand dryer cylinder after the review is passed.

Install the cylinder body and the rolling ring: first install the rolling ring on the cylinder body, the concave joints required for fixing should be arranged in a positive and negative staggered configuration, and adjust the thickness of the pad iron to keep the contact between the rolling ring and the concave joint correspondingly. The gap should not be the same, and spot welding the head of the concave joint bolt and the barrel.

Install the large gear: Before installation, check that the interface of the butting surface has no collision marks, clean the contact surface between the large gear and the cylinder, then carefully align the two halves of the gear and tighten the interface bolts, then install the large gear on the cylinder. . Rotate the cylinder to check the radial runout and lateral swing of the large gear until the adjustment is qualified.

Install pinion, reducer and motor: According to the installed large gear, adjust the meshing parameters of the large and pinion gears to meet the requirements of the equipment, and fix the position of the pinion and the motor of the reducer.

Install the gear cover: Make it evenly spaced from the edge of the gear.

After six adjustment matters, a second grouting is required. The installation review and debugging work related to grouting are carried out simultaneously to ensure the installation quality of the organic fertilizer equipment chicken manure dryer.
