A longtime Nigerian customer visited! From "online buyer" to "in-person friend"
Yesterday, our factory welcomed a special guest—a customer from Nigeria. I say "special" because this meeting was special: we became partners first, and then, in person, became friends.
This customer had previously purchased a set of our equipment, consisting of two double-roll extrusion granulators and a disc feeder, through online discussions. He even had the equipment customized to his preferred color. After the equipment was delivered, the customer expressed his immense trust in us and immediately decided to visit our factory for a personal inspection.
This visit was like meeting old friends. The customer saw firsthand how the same equipment he had ordered was produced and tested, and we demonstrated further technical details and our production capabilities. He smiled and said, "I've already received the equipment, but I absolutely must come and see the factory where it's manufactured. This gives me even more confidence in our future cooperation!"
