A Russian customer recently visited our company, touring both our manufacturing factory and an operating compound fertilizer rotary drum production line site.
The customer first visited our factory, inspecting the processing and quality control of core equipment including the rotary drum granulator, dryer, screener, and packaging system, and acknowledged our manufacturing capabilities.
The customer then toured an operating compound fertilizer rotary drum production line, which was running smoothly with uniform granulation and effective dust removal. The customer fully affirmed the equipment's stability and finished product quality.
Working Principle of the Rotary Drum Granulator: The material moves in a rolling motion inside the rotating drum due to friction and centrifugal force. Under appropriate temperature and humidity conditions, the particles bond together and gradually grow into uniform spherical granules. This equipment features high granulation rate, good particle strength, and flexible operation.
Suitable Raw Materials: The rotary drum granulator is suitable for a wide range of fertilizer materials, including urea, monoammonium phosphate (MAP), diammonium phosphate (DAP), potassium chloride (MOP), potassium sulfate (SOP), superphosphate, and various organic-inorganic mixed materials.
Applications: This equipment is widely used in compound fertilizer production lines, organic-inorganic compound fertilizer production lines, and large-scale fertilizer processing projects. It is one of the most mature and mainstream granulation devices in the fertilizer industry.
Both parties conducted preliminary technical discussions and agreed to further negotiations.
