Another Container Load Leaves Shenghong's Workshop

On September 7, 2026, Zhengzhou Shenghong Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. completed loading and dispatched another export shipment: one manure dewatering machine and one SDZ series double roller extrusion granulator, packed in a standard export container. The equipment left the workshop in good order after strict factory testing and is now on its way to support the customer's fertilizer production.

Manure Dewatering Machine: Preparing Organic Materials for Composting

The manure dewatering machine in this shipment is designed to separate solid and liquid fractions from fresh animal manure and organic slurry. By removing excess moisture before composting or fermentation, the machine brings raw manure to a more suitable moisture level, shortens the fermentation cycle, reduces the floor space needed for composting, and lowers the cost of transporting bulky wet materials. The separated liquid can be collected and reused, while the drier solid fraction is ready for aerobic composting or further processing into organic fertilizer.

Double Roller Extrusion Granulator: Dry Granulation Without a Dryer

The second machine in the container is an SDZ series double roller extrusion granulator, the core equipment for dry granulation lines. Powdered raw materials are squeezed between two counter-rotating rollers under high pressure and formed into granules at room temperature, so no dryer, cooler, or hot-air furnace is needed. Key advantages of the SDZ series include:

• Seven models (SDZ-I and SDZ-II series) covering capacities from 1 to 4.5 t/h;
• Up to 95% granulation rate with low dust and low material loss;
• Adjustable roller rotation speed to suit different material characteristics;
