The Bolivian customer ordered two roller granulators with screening function. Initially, he only paid for one machine, but promised to pay for the second one when the machine was almost completed. Of course, we trusted the customer enough to continue to manufacture the machine for the customer.

Working principle of double roller extrusion granulator:

The roller extrusion granulator is driven by an electric motor, with a belt pulley and a transmission belt transmitted through a reducer to two roller bodies for relative work. During production, raw materials enter through the feeding port, are formed by relative extrusion of the roller body, and after demolding, they automatically flow into the crushing and forming studio at the bottom of the roller body for crushing. After crushing and shaping, the qualified standard sized particles are sieved and discharged from the discharge chute through the sieve.
