Raw material for producing compound fertilizer
Compound fertilizer is the fertilizer containing two or all three of the three basic plant nutrients—Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium, as well as microelements, such as B, Mn, Cu, Zn, and Mo. The raw material can be powder or bulk, mostly are as below:

Compound fertilizer production line usually includes 9 processes, batching, grinding, mixing, granulating, drying, cooling, screening, coating and packaging. Batching, mixing, granulating, drying, and screening processes are necessary. Other processes are optional based on different capacity.
1. Crusher machine
Crush granule or lump material to small powder. (Is the urea powder type or granule type in your line?)
2. Batching machine
For many kinds material weighting and send to next machine
2. Mixing machine
The mixed material should be mixed completely ,then get into granulator .
3. Granulation machine
Processing powder to granules.
After granulating, the moisture of fertilizer is bit high ,it’s not suitable for long-term storage so need drying process.
The cooling machine is used to cool the hot fertilizer.
There are some non-uniform particles ,after sieved screening machine , the small particle diameter may be screened down for twice processing. And bigger granules go to the crusher machine again.

8. Coating machine
For compound fertilizer coating
Filling the bags, and sealing. After package ,the fertilizer can be sold .
