Organic fertilizer granulator systems include a wide range of equipment, including compost turners, mixing and crushing machines, granulating machines, screening machines, polishing machines, final packing machines, and delivery components. This section focuses specifically on the organic fertilizer granulating machinery.

Our newly designed fertilizer machine is a highly efficient granulating machine, also known as a pin or stirred granulating machine. It is used for compost manure fertilizer production and can produce 2-5mm ball size granules. The internal structure features a high-speed rotating shaft with multiple granulating teeth. This machine is designed for medium to large fertilizer production factories or farms. While it requires substantial power during operation, it delivers high efficiency and produces high-quality final granules.

• New organic fertilizer granulator features a horizontal design with a sealed cylinder. The internal structure includes numerous twisting teeth on a high-speed, strong shaft that continuously drips powder fertilizer in different directions within the cylinder, forming small, fine round granules.
• Utilizes wet continuous push rod granulation technology, suitable for granulating various powder materials including mineral powders such as bentonite, clay, bauxite, coal powder, as well as sludge, fly ash, burning ash, and other similar materials.
• Ideal for organic fertilizer granulation, particularly for medium and large-scale production. Small capacity begins at 8t/h, typically reaching 15-20t/h on-site.
• Produces small, round, beautiful granules or particles with diameters ranging from 0.3-5mm. Granule size is adjustable, similar to drum granulation and wet granulation processes.
• Easy to operate with long service life, requiring only daily lubrication maintenance. Features zero residues in the drum and cleaner operation compared to drum granulation machines.
• Input moisture controlled within 20%-40%, with output moisture maintained at similar levels. Can be equipped with drying machines for further processing or used as-is in hot areas.
