Rotary drum granulator is a fertilizer granulator machine that transforms materials into specific shapes. The primary working method involves aggregate wet granulation, where a specific amount of water or steam enables chemical reactions within the cylinder body. Under these liquid conditions, the rotating cylinder facilitates particle reunion and extrusion pressure, forming material into spherical shapes.

The cylinder features special rubber lining or acid-resistant stainless steel plating, enabling automatic scar and tumor removal while eliminating the traditional scraper device.
