This roller granulation system operates on an extrusion model. The electric motor drives the belt and pulley, transmitting power to the driving shaft via the speed reducer. Synchronized open gears with the passive shaft ensure coordinated directional operation.

Material is fed through the hopper, undergoes roll extrusion forming and demoulding pelletizing, then transfers via chain conveyor to the screening studio. The screening process separates finished products while returning undersized material to mix with new feedstock for re-granulation.
