NPK Fertilizer Production Line can produce various concentrations and multiple types of compound fertilizers including organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, biological fertilizer, and magnetized fertilizer. It is particularly effective for producing rare-earth, potash, and ammonium bicarbonate series compound fertilizer granulation, filling domestic production gaps and ranking at the leading level in China.
Working flow: Input material (if blocked, use chain crusher) → Granulation → Screening (select appropriate sieve hole diameter) → Finished granules → Next process (optional equipment: screening machine for accurate granule size, coating machine for improved appearance, weighing and packaging for sales and transportation).
This roller granulation system operates on extrusion sliding model principles. The electric motor drives belt and pulley, transmitted to drive shaft via reducer, working in same direction through open gear and passive shaft. Material is added from feed hopper, extruded by rollers, demolded and pelleted, then passed through chains to crushing screen studio where finished pellets are screened and separated. Returned material mixes with new materials for continuous granulation, enabling mass production through continuous motor rotation and material entry.
