NPK fertilizer production line can produce various concentrations and types of compound fertilizers, including organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, biological fertilizers, and magnetic fertilizers. This system is particularly effective for producing rare earths, potash, and ammonium bicarbonate series compound fertilizer granulation, filling technological gaps and achieving advanced levels in China.

Double Roller Compound NPK Fertilizer Production Line equipment overview
Working Principle

This roller granulation system operates on an extrusion sliding model. The working principle involves: electric motor driving belts and pulleys, transmission to the drive shaft via reducer, synchronized operation through open gear and passive shaft. Material is fed from the hopper, extruded by rollers, and demolded to form granules.

Production Processes
1. Mixing Process: Required chemicals are mixed together, including NPK, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP, CAN, SSP, or chemicals such as ASO4, MOP, SOP, MAP, CaCo3
2. Smashing Process: After fermentation, lumpy materials are crushed using a high-moisture material crusher capable of processing semi-wet materials with high efficiency
3. Granulation Process: Critical production stage where nutrients are added as required; spherical particle processing significantly reduces energy consumption
4. Drying Process: Granules are dried using rotary tumble dryer to reduce moisture content to 10%-40%
5. Cooling Process: Dried particles are cooled using drum cooler to ensure product quality
6. Screening Process: Drum type fertilizer screener separates unqualified organic fertilizers from standard products
7. Packaging Process: Fertilizer packaging machine automatically and efficiently packs finished products into bags
