Introduction
This machine represents a new generation of drum granulator developed through years of fertilizer production experience. The equipment features an attractive appearance, simple operation, low power consumption, long service life, uniform drying, and convenient maintenance. As advanced granulation equipment, it is suitable for both hot and cold granulation processes and can handle high, medium, and low concentration fertilizers in large-scale production. The product has gained worldwide distribution.

Working Principle
The drum granulator operates through a main motor that drives a belt and pulley system, transmitting power through a speed reducer to the drive shaft. The rotating motion is transferred to the drum body via a large gear mounted on the equipment. Materials enter through the feed barrel and are granulated by the internal structure of the rotating drum, then discharged through the outlet. Continuous rotation and material input enable mass production capabilities.
This advanced granulation equipment is designed for both cold and hot particle processing, accommodating various fertilizer concentrations in scalable production operations.
Equipment Maintenance
  • Bearings carry the full machine load, so proper lubrication significantly impacts bearing life. Ensure oil is clean and seals are intact. Key lubrication points include rotary bearings, roller bearings, all gears, movable bearings, and sliding surfaces.
  • Regularly check newly installed tires as they may loosen over time.
  • Monitor all machine components for proper operation.
  • Track wear on components and replace worn parts promptly.
  • Keep the active device base clear of dust to prevent material buildup that could cause serious operational issues.
  • If bearing oil temperature rises abnormally, stop immediately to identify and resolve the cause.
  • Stop operation immediately if gear rotation produces unusual noises and conduct inspection.
