In the process, the livestock and poultry manure, ingredients, bacteria, etc. are sent to the mixing mixer according to the specified ratio, which is stirred and mixed to make it uniform, and transported to the fermentation bed (trough, strip or tank) by conveyor or forklift. It is fully fermented in the fermentation bed, then pulverized and loosened by a pulverizer, and then sent to the storage yard for secondary aging to increase activity, and then sorted to remove impurities, and then processed into biological granular organic fertilizer through processes such as deep processing and granulation.
The granulation methods of the granular bio-organic fertilizer process mainly include an agglomerate method, shotcrete method, and extrusion method. According to the different structures of the granulator, the agglomeration method is divided into disc granulation and drum granulation; according to the position of the pressure roller (or die hole), the extrusion method is divided into roller extrusion granulation and flat die extrusion. Press granulation and ring die extrusion granulation.
1. Disc granulation. Disc granulation is currently the most widely used granulation method in China. The disc granulator has the following characteristics: it has a good classification effect and produces fewer coarse particles, so the granulation rate is greater than 90%, but it requires high material fineness and uniformity.
2. Drum granulation. Rotary drum granulation relies on temperature to increase the amount of liquid phase in the granulated material, which promotes the material to be granulated at a lower water content, which provides convenience for drying and saves energy. The granulation rate of drum granulation is low (4%～60%), and the amount of returned material is large.
3. Extrusion granulation. Extrusion is a volumetric compression process, there is no temperature rise in the whole process, no drying is required, and the work is convenient. The extrusion granulator has a high granulation rate (close to 100%), high granule strength, basically no material return, and a non-smooth granule shape.
4. High-efficiency and new type of special granulating method for organic fertilizer. The granulation equipment was developed in recent years, mainly for the pelletizing and granulation of organic materials. The advantage of the process is to break through the lack of shape and hardness of the organic matter after granulation. The organic matter that needs to be granulated after fermentation does not need to be dried, and no binders are needed to directly produce spherical particles with a certain solidity and beautiful appearance. There is no special effect on organic matter. Upon request, spherical organic granular fertilizer can be produced. It can be fermented chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, rice straw, various dregs, agricultural and urban organic solid waste, etc., and can also add N, P, K to make organic-inorganic compound fertilizer as required. It is the ideal equipment for granulating organic fertilizer.
