Combined Granulator Structure

The YSL2 new type combined granulator, central to the medium-sized organic fertilizer production line, consists of three main components: body section, granulating rotor assembly, and transmission system. The granulator operates by feeding materials through the inlet at one end of the body chamber. The granulating rotor continuously propels and mechanically processes the material against the casing interior, achieving consistent granulation. Finished granules are discharged from the opposite end of the machine. The rotor is powered by the motor and reducer within the transmission section, with both transmission and body components mounted on a unified frame for structural integrity, operational stability, and simplified installation.
