Production Line Overview

This fully automatic compound fertilizer production line includes comprehensive equipment for complete fertilizer manufacturing: automatic batching machine, grinder, mixer, drum granulator, dryer, LQ series cooler, screening machine, automatic packaging machine, coating machine, and automatic weighing machine.

Production Process
  1. Raw Material Ingredients: Urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate, potassium chloride and other raw materials are proportioned according to market demand and soil testing results.
  2. Raw Material Mixing: Prepared raw materials are stirred evenly to increase uniform fertilizer efficiency content.
  3. Raw Material Granulation: Mixed materials are fed into granulator (rotary or extrusion type) for particle formation.
  4. Granule Drying: Granules are sent to dryer to reduce moisture content, increasing strength for storage.
  5. Granule Cooling: Dried granules are cooled to prevent agglomeration and facilitate storage/transport.
  6. Particle Classification: Cooled particles are screened;不合格 particles are crushed and re-granulated.
  7. Finished Coating: Qualified products are coated to enhance brightness and roundness.
  8. Finished Product Packaging: Coated particles are packaged as finished products and stored in ventilated areas.
