The disc granulator operates through a precision transmission system: the main motor drives the pulley and belt, which activates the reducer and pinion gear. The pinion gear engages with the large gear fixed to the bottom of the granulation disc, creating continuous rotational motion.
As the granulation plate rotates continuously and combines with the spray device, materials are evenly bonded together to form spherical shapes. The integrated automatic feeding system prevents material buildup on walls, significantly extending machine service life while enabling continuous mass production to meet user requirements.
