The drum granulator is one of the key pieces of equipment in the compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer industry. The drum granulator adopts special rubber plate lining or acid-resistant stainless steel lining plate to realize automatic scar removal and tumor removal and cancels the traditional scraper device.

The material enters the front end of the rotating cylinder from the feeding pipe (the slope of the feeding pipe should be greater than the natural inclination of the material). The steam inlet pipe at the front end of the cylinder ejects water vapor with a certain pressure. The nozzle of the steam inlet pipe is located at the bottom of the material and the steam has a certain pressure. Therefore, the material can obtain some moisture evenly and form small particles.

Because the cylinder has a certain slope, under the action of gravity and friction force of the lining plate, these small particles continuously move in the circumference and axis direction of the fertilizer granulator machine, and in the movement, the smaller particles gradually form.

• The fertilizer granulator machine should be equipped with two mixing powder bins to be pelletized so that the granulator does not need to stop when changing the formula.
• Before the organic fertilizer raw material enters the drum granulator, a rate iron removal device must be placed to protect the granulator from being damaged by some other impurities in the raw material.
• Drum granulator should be placed on cooler, crusher should be placed under cooler.
• In order to make the organic fertilizer particles fall to the bottom of the bin from a high place, so as not to damage the bottom of the bin, a vertical spiral chute should be installed in the bin to slow down the impact force.
• The finished product of granular organic fertilizer should be packed in the finished product warehouse, and attention should be paid to the preservation environment to avoid affecting the effect of organic fertilizer.

• The pelletizing rate increases from 50% to 60% to more than 95%
