The belt and pulley of large compound NPK fertilizer rotary drum granulator are driven by the main motor. It is transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer, and the split gear installed on the driving shaft is engaged with the large gear ring fixed on the body to work in opposite direction. The material is added from the feed end to the inside of the cylinder. Through the function of the special structure inside the cylinder, it is made into particles and flows out through the outlet. Due to the continuous entry of materials and continuous rotation of granulator machines for fertilizer, mass production can be realized.

• Before use, check whether the outside and frame of the fertilizer granulator machine are clean and whether the screws are loose and intact. When they are in good condition, the material pipe should be pulled out, washed with hot water, and placed aside for use. During the rotation inspection, inching can be carried out to observe whether the operation of the inner and outer rings is normal and matched. If there is no abnormal sound or abnormality, proceed to the next process.
• The drum granulator shall be heated and reheated after it is checked and cleaned. When using steam, the cold water in the storage should be discharged first. When draining water, the fertilizer granulator machine should gradually increase from small to large, and cannot be opened at once. When using steam, it should also be increased slowly to prevent scalding and bumping of steam pipe.
• Drum granulator in the fountain sprinkle uneven, abnormal noise, use time of an hour to clean. When the drum granulator is full of materials, it is not allowed to insert steam into the granulator. Instead, the material pipe should be pulled out first and folded off. When folding the spray, use a tool to support it and slowly fall down to prevent the slurry from scalding. After the spray is folded off, rinse it with hot water. When flushing, do not flush on the motor and granulator screw, rotating parts, etc., it is best to use tools to clean.
