Shenghong double roller bentonite organic fertilizer granulator is a multifunctional fertilizer press machine. This fertilizer roller press granulator can produce compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer granules. While the finished granules are oval-shaped, you can use a ball shaping machine to convert them into round granules.
Developed by our company, this granulator operates at room temperature without requiring a drying machine, saving significant energy and costs. Production capacity options include 0.5-1t/h, 1-1.5t/h, and 1.5-2t/h.
The double roller granulator has wide raw material adaptability including DAP, SSP, gypsum, sheep manure, cow manure, chicken manure, pig manure, bentonite, and other animal poultry manure waste.
With high production rates, it can produce various high-concentration fertilizers including organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, and especially rare earth fertilizer, potash fertilizer, and ammonium bicarbonate series. This fertilizer press machine fills a gap in domestic production and doesn't require a rotary dryer when used in a complete fertilizer production line.
The double roller granulator operates on an extrusion-slip model. Electric motors drive belts and pulleys to the driving shaft through a reducer, with synchronized gears enabling opposite work on the driven shaft.
Material enters the granulating room from the hopper, undergoes roll extrusion molding, mold release, and ball formation, then moves via chain to the broken screen studio where finished pieces are separated from the mixture. The returning mixture combines with new material, enabling continuous mass production through the motor's continuous rotation.
