This balling disc pelletizer is the primary equipment for transforming powder materials into spherical shapes, widely used in cement, iron and steel, and chemical fertilizer industries. Working Principle

The disc granulator is designed for producing medium to low concentration compound fertilizers. By adjusting the disc inclination between 45 and 55 degrees, it achieves high ball formation rates, produces full granules, and offers convenient operation and maintenance.
