Introduction:
The organic fertilizer production line is commonly used to process different fermented organic substance into bio-organic fertilizer. It adopts one-step molding technology. Animal manure and agricultural waste are recycled as the main raw materials,thus manure or dung waste is not only creating economic benefits for the enterprise, but also making a great contribution to environmental projects for mankind.

The rapid development of livestock and poultry farming produces a lot of excrement and sewage. The harmful elements of these fouling are too high to be processed by traditional returning way. For this situation, our company has developed the organic fertilizer production line which use high efficient solid-liquid rotten aseptic deodorization technology as the

Raw(processing) Materials:
1. Agricultural waste: straw, dregs of beans, cotton dregs, rice bran, etc.
2. Animal manure: mixture of poultry litter and animal waste, such as the wastes of slaughterhouse, fish market, urine and dung of cattle, pigs, sheep, chicken, ducks, geese, goat, etc.
3. Industrial waste: wine lees, vinegar residue, manioc waste, sugar scum, furfural residue, etc.
4. Home scrap: food waste, the roots and leaves of vegetables, etc.
5. Sludge: the sludge of the river, sewer, etc.
Working process:
Raw material fermentation-Raw material crushing-Raw material mixing -Raw material drying-Fertilizer granulating -Fertilizer Cooling-Fertilizer coating-Fertilizer packing

1.Fermentation by compost turner

After adjusting the moisture, we pile the manure up and use this compost turner to mix and turn the manure.

The fermentation time is about 15-20 days by this compost turner. We feed raw manure everyday, and we can get the finished compost everyday in the future.

This is moving type, for small scale production. We still have groove/crawler type compost turne and fermentation pot.

 

2.crushing the compost

After fermentation, there are many big compost particles. We need to crush the compost into fine powder.

This vertical crusher is suitable for a production line. Inside hammer works for crushing.

High crushing efficiency, long service life.

 

3.granulation

The fine powder will be sent to granulator for making organic fertilizer granules.

We can get round granules/ short cylindrical particles by different granulators.

The diameter of granules can be adjusted by the moisture of the powder.

 

4.drying/cooling

We need to dry and cool the granules before packing.

By drying, we can keep the granular shape. And extend the shelf life of finished product.

 

5.coating

We can coat the surface of granules with powder or liquid. →To extend the shelf life of granules or change the color of finished product.

To get more beautiful granules.

 

6.packing

Bagging the finished product by woven bags or plastic bags. →Through sealing, we can make the finished product more commoditized.
