The main working principle utilizes wet granulation. Through a specific amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer is fully chemically reacted in the cylinder after being humidified. Within a certain liquid phase, the rotating movement of the barrel facilitates particle formation through extrusion pressure.

The machine shell features special rubber slab lining or acid-resistant stainless lining board, enabling automatic scar removal and de-tumor functionality instead of traditional draw knife equipment.
