Groove type fermentation compost turner is widely used equipment for organic fertilizer fermentation and compost. The system consists of gear mechanisms, lifting devices, walking devices, and transfer vehicles (primarily for multi-groove applications).

The motor directly drives the cycloidal reducer, which then drives the turning roller via sprocket mechanism. Spiral-shaped impellers flip and stir organic materials 0.7-1 meter away in the fermentation tank, ensuring even material turning, optimal air contact, and rapid, short-period fermentation.

The composting and turning process of fermentation materials is automatically controlled. Through vertical and horizontal walking device actions, materials are continuously and progressively flipped. After being thrown to the highest point, materials fall back into the fermentation tank, creating a continuous aerobic fermentation process.
