Dry materials enter through the roof and are transported to the rabbet after degassing and compression. Dual rollers rotate in opposite directions at equal speed to press materials, which then enter the grain making machine via gravity and tension. Materials proceed to vibrating screens for separation, with qualified products directed to storage and unqualified materials recycled for re-crushing.

The hydraulic system allows pressure adjustment based on material size and strength, while roller surface slot modifications enable production of various shapes including sheets, strips, olive-shaped, and flat globular forms.
